I'm a 37-year-old, single mother with a beautiful school age boy and a one-year-old baby girl who light up my life. My education exists of a BA in Writing and English and an MS in Psychology. I currently work as a Children's Resource Coordinator at Children and Youth Services where I link clients with community resources and offer mental health services.
I love to write and use my creative knowledge and feel I am very experienced in parenting (especially single parenting) and relationship issues. Reading and sharing ideas is what makes me most happy, and I am always open to constructive criticism so I can better myself as a writer. I love to learn from others who can offer great ideas that I may not have considered before.
I'm starting to find my niche in life and feel like I'm just within reach of achieving most of my goals. The most important thing in the world to me is to show my son that he can be anything he chooses to be if he just keeps an open mind and a passionate heart. Dreaming is not a silly fantasy, it's a door that links you to your accomplishments.
